Cancellation Policy:
Life is busy, so I completely understand that sometimes, changes are necessary. I respectfully ask that you let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This means I'm able to fill the space with a client on my waiting list.
I hope you understand that it is my own business and time is precious. If I don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, I need to make a 50% charge for the missed appointment.
Clients who fail to turn up on the day (no show) I would unfortunately need to make a 100% charge.
Skin testing:
Clients who are new to Luxe or who have not had a colour before must have a skin test at least 48 hours before their colour service.
If you have not had a colour for over 6 months, you are required to have a skin test again.
